20 years of professional experience, starting her career as a court clerk, later becoming an assistant judge. Since 2006, Olga Hincenberga has continued to develop her knowledge and practical skills while working with law firms, becoming an assistant attorney-at-law in 2009 and an attorney-at-law in the Latvian Bar Association in 2012.
Combining professional and theoretical knowledge, accuracy, and considerable practical experience, Olga Hincenberga provides legal assistance and representation of clients’ interests in courts of all instances, including debt and damage recovery cases, commercial disputes, family law disputes, defamation and moral damages cases, as well as legal assistance in drafting documents of all types and complexity related to litigation that best suit the client’s interests. Olga Hincenberga has also successfully worked in the field of criminal law, providing defence and representation of victims in pre-trial and trial criminal proceedings in certain categories of criminal cases.
