Elita Vīksne has extensive experience in the fields of inheritance law, family law, labour law, public procurements and commercial law. Such experience has been gained while working at court as a secretary of judicial sessions and as a judicial assistant, at the police, by being engaged in investigation of economic crimes, at the Latvian Medical Association and at the bureau of sworn advocates.
Considerable experience has been gained in the elaboration of various contracts, legal proceedings associated with disputes in the field of tenancy law, use and division of community property, labour law, by representing employers and employees as well, and in the field of family law – dissolution of marriages, sustenance, visitation rights.
Since 2002 Elita Vīksne has worked for law offices and since establishment of Bureau of Sworn Advocates Precinieks in 2013 she has worked as a legal adviser engaged in consulting and representation of clients in the field of labour law, family law, inheritance law, commercial law, public procurement, residential property lease and house management.
Elita Vīksne speaks Latvian (mother tongue), English and Russian languages.
